What is a turbo?
The turbo helps increase the car's engine performance
A turbo uses energy from the exhaust gases to increase the pressure in the intake, so the engine gets more air and therefore a better ability to deliver power. When the system works correctly, it can give a more efficient and responsive engine.
That's why it's also important to get the turbo checked if the car starts behaving differently. The earlier a problem is caught, the better the chance of avoiding bigger damage and more expensive repairs.
